Glenfiddich Fire & Cane | Digital/ATL | Art Director

To launch Glenfiddich's 4th Experimental Series product, we created a digital-first campaign which included 20", and 6" social films, Facebook Canvas and OOH advertising. So far it’s picked up silver and gold MAA globes, and is nominated for The Drum Design Awards for art direction and a German Design Council Award.

The campaign art direction presents Fire & Cane’s unique flavour profile in a visceral way. Animated CGI sugar crystals and innovative liquid photography showcases the smokiness and sweetness of Fire & Cane in a highly distinctive product beauty shot. The film is brought to life by a unique sound design composition.

Facebook cANVAS

The facebook canvas was designed to disrupt and engage. We told the story with a vertical scroll, a stream of whisky guiding the user through the content. We employed the giro function of smartphones by including a subtle tilt-to-pan as well.
